What is the difference between electronically controlled handles and other handles?

Agricultural control handle is a device used to control and operate various agricultural machinery. This kind of equipment usually includes some buttons, switches and joysticks, etc., which can be used to drive and control various functions of agricultural machinery, such as seeders, harvesters, plant protection machinery, tractors, etc.

The handle is used to convert hand movements into machine movements. Control handles are generally divided into three categories: manual handles, hydraulic control handles and electronic control handles.

The manual handle controls the machine by switching different transmission wheels or linkages. Early construction machinery used manual handles, which are now only used on simple manual machinery. The hydraulic control handle, also called the pilot handle, is directly connected to the hydraulic valve to control its opening (closing) and converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy to control the machinery. It is mainly used in hydraulic machinery and applied to many engineering vehicles.

The electronic control handle converts hand movements into output signals - voltage, current or digital signals, and controls mechanical movements through the control system. Electronic control handles are divided into single-axis handles, dual-axis handles and multi-axis handles according to product functions. Single-axis handles usually swing the handle back and forth or left and right to control the action of the actuator. The dual-axis handle can usually swing from front to back, left to right, and can control the movement of two actuators. The application of the dual-axis handle can operate two functions at the same time with one hand, simplifying the difficulty of operation. Now, with the popularization of digitalization and higher requirements for environmental protection, more and more construction machinery have begun to use electronic control handles.
